2. What if I'm having problems watching the videos?

If you're having trouble viewing an online video here are some tips to help solve the problem.

If you can't watch a video on website then most likely it's a Flash Player problem. Sometimes web pages get "hung up" as they are trying to load and the flash video could be the cause of this. So, If you can see that a video is supposed to be on the web page but Can't View the Video then try reloading the page. The common error message you receive when this happens is "An Error Occurred Please Try Again Later". 99% of the time reloading or refreshing the page will solve this video problem.

If reloading the page doesn't work then check to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player installed. Check Current Flash Version.

If you're not using a current version of Flash Player you can download it from the link on the version check page or download the Free Adobe Flash Player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If you have trouble installing the Flash Player or want to uninstall an older version then please follow the steps to Troubleshoot Adobe Flash Player.

If you currently use Internet Explorer as your browser try using an alternative browser like Firefox or Chrome. Both Firefox and Chrome are faster than IE. Installing either of these will not delete Internet Explorer. IE will still be available for you to use if you want to. You can Download Firefox and Google Chrome.

If YouTube or other videos start and stop then try this:

1. When the video begins to Play hit the Pause button.

2. Give the video time to download - you can monitor this by watching the red bar move from left to right at the bottom of YouTube videos. The slower your Internet connection the longer it will take the flash video to load.

3. When it's fully loaded or has a big head start hit play again and watch the video.

For Videos You Have Downloaded From an Email Attachment try this:

Make sure you're using the most recent version of Microsoft's Windows Media Player.

If you have Sound but no Video then most likely it's a Video Codec error. Try installing the Free K-Lite Codec Pack. There are three versions of the K-Lite Codec Pack - Basic, Standard, and Full. We suggest you try the Basic or Standard version first.

If you have a Mac or Apple computer and you're using QuickTime Player and you can't view videos you need to install the Free Flip4Mac to allow you to view WMF in QuickTime.
